Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The Angelfish Style Weekend competition is only open to UK residents. It is not open to employees of Fish, KMI, their agents or their families or anyone connected with this promotion.
2. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. All entrants must be 16 or over and be a resident of the UK.
4. Entrants must provide the entry details as specified
5. Angelfish will be giving one weekend prize for 2 people.
6. Winners will be drawn on September 1st 2008 and notified the same day.
7. Regardless of number of times entered strictly only one prize per entrant.
8. Proof of delivery will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
9. No responsibility is accepted for any failure in software or hardware participation by any person.
10. The winners will be notified by email.
11. We reserve the rights to amended prizes offered to an equal of greater value.
12. The prize may not be transferred to any other person and there is no cash alternative in whole or part.
13. Winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.
14. Winners agree to keep confidential any knowledge about Fish or Angelfish and KMI, its business and its personnel received by them as a result of the competition.
17. Use of false name or address, i.e. name, by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
18. By entering the competition applicants will be deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
